ClientBase was first introduced in 2000, and builds on many of the features in earlier ClientBase versions which were first introduced in the mid 1990’s. ClientBase and TRAMS Back Office data is stored in one database. Profiles, contacts and marketing information are converted and merged into your existing TRAMS Back Office profiles. However, ClientBase does not require TRAMS Back Office. Tens of thousands of agents in very large agencies and independent one person home-based offices use it every day.
