ClientBase is an easy to use Windows-based program that can run standalone or in a multi-user environment across a LAN, a WAN or the Internet. ClientBase Browser, a web-based version of ClientBase shares the same database with the Windows version of ClientBase. All major consortia prefer ClientBase and many require it to participate in their marketing programs.

Enterprise Database – ClientBase utilizes the same database as TRAMS Back Office.  Invoices generated from ClientBase automatically land in TRAMS Back Office with no need for passive segments or interfacing.  Imagine finally being able to store and access ALL agency data….Operational, Marketing, Management and Financial in just one place!  Target marketing is easily accomplished using past client transactional data and client preferences.

ClientBase is a product of TRAMS, Inc.   TRAMS initial product, TRAMS Back Office, was initially offered in 1986, and is installed in over 10,000 locations around the world.   ClientBase was first introduced in 2000, and builds on many of the features in earlier ClientBase versions which were first introduced in the mid 1990’s.  ClientBase and TRAMS Back Office data is stored in one database.  Profiles, contacts and marketing information are converted and merged into your existing TRAMS Back Office profiles.  However, ClientBase does not require TRAMS Back Office.  Tens of thousands of agents in very large agencies and independent one person home-based offices use it every day.  TRAMS, Inc. continues to be a leading edge technology company with all products built exclusively for the travel industry

Our unique subscription plan bundles software updates, help, training, and communication into one comprehensive package.  A subscription also provides you with frequent enhancements and eliminates the need for you to buy new versions of the software every year.  The subscription renewal is for 12 months, and includes:
